1. Design and Planning: At this stage, the aesthetic, functional and structural requirements of the facade are determined. In particular, factors such as building height, wind load, climatic conditions and energy efficiency are taken into consideration.

2. Material Selection: Curtain wall materials such as glass, aluminum, stone, metal, etc. are selected according to the needs and budget of the project.

3. Detail Drawings: How each component will be manufactured and assembled is determined in detail.

4. Manufacturing

   • Profile Manufacturing: Aluminum profiles are cut and processed according to specified dimensions and shapes.

   • Glass Manufacturing: Glass panels are cut, processed and, if necessary, coated with special coatings according to the selected glass type and specifications

   • Panel Manufacturing: If used in the project, composite, stone, metal etc. panels are produced according to the specified dimensions.

5. Assembly Preparation: The manufactured parts are shipped to the assembly area together with the apparatus, screws and other fasteners required for assembly.

6. On-site Assembly:

   • Carrier Frame Assembly : First, aluminum carrier profiles are mounted on the outer surface of the building. This is the main structural support system of the curtain wall.

   • Glass and Panel Installation: Glass panels and/or other cladding materials are then mounted on these carrier profiles.

   • Sealing and Insulation: Air and water tightness is ensured on the facade with silicone, gaskets and other sealing materials.

7. Finish and Control: After the assembly is completed, quality controls of all products and connections in accordance with the project are completed.

During manufacturing drawing preparation, any discrepancies or issues with the architectural drawings are detailed to the client to avoid future disputes during implementation.  The client's unlikely design requirements are also highlighted and we present alternatives that are possible but do not compromise the quality or design envisioned by the client.

Preparation and submission of drawings are done in sequence in accordance with approved work schedules. All shop drawings are thoroughly checked and reviewed by the Engineer designated for the project prior to submission for approval.

System design, adaptation, structural calculations, building physics calculations are done meticulously

Partial or complete plans and sections, building sections, point details are examined

Constructed drawings (including revisions). Our designers and project technicians integrate the aluminum, glass and facade equipment system details into the architectural drawings and design the aluminum facade system together with the client team. 

All structural calculations for aluminum profiles, steel, glass and sheets are made according to the relevant norms and performance criteria defined by the employer. Under the worst-case conditions of elastic and live loads in the system, internal force and displacement analyses are performed to ensure system stability.
During the production phase, all manufacturing is done carefully to ensure proper tolerances, surface treatments, assembly, performance and quality of the finished product are not compromised. The design department carefully prepares meticulous manufacturing drawings to simplify the manufacturing process and ensure it is error-free.

From material cutting, machining, drilling, assembly and packaging, the production phase is carried out with attention to quality management to ensure that the work is done to the required quality.
