Structural Silicone Façade systems are modern facade cladding systems that show the simplicity and nobility of glass. In the structural silicone facade system, an aluminum profile is not seen from the outside, and a completely glass appearance is created for the building. Structural Silicone curtain wall system is the most preferred facade system as it gives prestige and modern appearance to buildings.

Since the joining processes on the silicone façade are provided with EPDM roving or special silicone from three points, it is very functional in terms of both durability and heat insulation, and at the same time, it guarantees a definite seal between the glass.

FULLY CAPPED CURTAIN WALL

Fully Capped Curtain Wall Systems are facade systems made by combining aluminum, steel and glass. Factory assembled and ready to install, curtain wall systems offer the advantage of faster installation, improved product quality and lower installation costs. The system is available in a variety of stud depths combined with various thermal insulation options, including an enhanced thermal performance option, and the aesthetic outer cover allows design flexibility for the specifier to make their own statement. The system has outstanding performance and the ease of installation makes it possible to suit individual project requirements.

UNITIZED CURTAIN WALL

It consists of pre-assembled glass units known to allow for fast site installation.  It is the perfect choice for any medium to high volume building facade. Not only does it increase the speed of installation, but it is manufactured in a factory and we ensure quality product by strictly controlling its tolerances. Assembled curtain wall installation is also well suited for projects requiring medium and high-rise systems.

A variety of design options are available to meet any structural, acoustic, thermal and air/water barrier requirements, including standard and customizable cladding configurations, extended decorative sashes, stone or metal infills, sunshade systems, integrated window washing anchors.

Unitized Curtain Wall meets the highest requirements for tightness, air permeability and resistance to wind loads. The system is available with different levels of thermal insulation and the application of different types of glazing.
 

SUN BREAKER

Sun Breaker systems are assembled from steel and aluminium in order to control daylight in spaces and to save energy. It has a wide range of products in different shapes and sizes.  Thanks to the possibility of special production, it provides different alternatives to designers. Sun shading systems that can be used horizontally or vertically can be applied as fixed or mobile, and in mobile options, it provides optimum shading by manual or motorised control. All Ral Coded Colour Options, Anodized, and Natural Wood coating method are applied.

PRODUCTION

The manufacturing detail drawings of the curtain wall system created by our project department are taken into production and all stages such as precision cutting and drilling with the latest technology are processed in our CNC machines and the production processes of the carrier constructions and connection equipment are completed.  By taking advantage of the importance we attach to trained manpower and the advantages of closely following the technology, we realize the production of products in accordance with the drawings of the project with sensitive measurements in line with the demands of our customers in the sector both in Turkey and in many countries.
