FACADE SYSTEMS – PRODUCTION PROCESS

Design and Planning

At this stage, the aesthetic, functional and structural requirements of the facade system are determined. Building height, wind load, climatic conditions, thermal insulation, acoustic performance and energy efficiency criteria are evaluated in accordance with international standards.

Material and System Selection

Facade components such as aluminum, glass, steel, stone and composite panels are selected in accordance with architectural design, performance criteria and project requirements. The glass systems to be used are technically planned according to the facade supporting infrastructure and application details.

Technical Design and Detailing

All production drawings, setting-out details, connection solutions, junction points and system integrations of the facade system are prepared in accordance with project criteria.

Production

Profile Processing and Manufacturing:
Aluminum and steel profiles are cut, processed and prepared for installation in accordance with project dimensions.

Carrier System Manufacturing:
Sub structure facade systems, anchoring elements and structural connection components are manufactured in accordance with engineering calculations.

Panel and Cladding Preparation:
Composite, metal, stone and other cladding elements used in the project are prepared in accordance with application details.

Glass Integration Planning:
Glass panel dimensions, joint details, connections to the carrier system, silicone joint gaps and installation tolerances are planned according to technical application criteria.

Assembly Preparation:
All system components, fastening accessories and installation equipment are organized for shipment to site.

Sealing and Insulation:

Air and water tightness is ensured using silicone applications, EPDM gaskets and insulation materials.

Final Inspection and Quality Process:
After installation, all systems, connections, surface alignments and application details are checked in accordance with project standards.
