The projects, technical drawings, specifications, CAD files, and similar documents transmitted to us may be shared with suppliers, subcontractors, production business partners, technical consultants, engineers, experts, and technical service providers that POLMEK works with, solely limited to and to the extent necessary for these purposes, in cases where technical evaluation of the project, determination of alternative production methods, cost calculation, quotation preparation, execution of quality control processes, evaluation of production capability, or obtaining technical opinions are required. These shares are carried out by taking necessary technical and administrative measures in compliance with KVKK provisions.

Transmitting project-related information and documents to us means that you declare that you are legally authorized to share them and that such information and documents do not violate the intellectual and industrial property rights, trade secrets, confidentiality obligations of third parties, or the legislation in force.

9. Rights of the Data Subject

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

  • To learn whether your personal data is being processed,

  • To request information if it has been processed,

  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

  • To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

  • To request correction if personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed,

  • To request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the law,

  • To request notification of correction, deletion, or destruction operations to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

  • To object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

  • To demand the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

You can submit your applications regarding these rights to us in accordance with the provisions of the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller.
