All systems are manufactured in accordance with international standards and your project specifications.

STEEL STRUCTURE MANUFACTURING

All steel components are manufactured in accordance with project drawings and international standards. Every stage of the manufacturing process is carried out with precision and in accordance with quality management standards.

CNC CUTTING & PROFILING

Laser, plasma, and CNC controlled cutting technologies are used to manufacture all steel components with high dimensional accuracy. Cutting tolerances are maintained in accordance with manufacturing standards.

DRILLING & PUNCHING

All holes, openings, and other connection related operations are processed using CNC controlled drilling and punching systems.

WELDING

Welding operations are carried out by certified welding personnel in accordance with approved welding procedures and quality standards.

Shot Blasting

Steel surfaces are thoroughly cleaned of rust, mill scale, burrs, and surface contaminants by shot blasting prior to painting or hot-dip galvanizing.

INDUSTRIAL PAINTING

Project specific painting systems are applied under controlled application conditions. High performance coating systems, including epoxy primer and polyurethane topcoat, are used to provide long term corrosion resistance and a high-quality surface finish.

GALVANIZING

For projects where required, steel components are protected against long term corrosion through the galvanizing process. The galvanizing coating is applied in accordance with international standards, providing maximum durability against outdoor environmental conditions.

Facade Systems Manufacturing

Our manufacturing infrastructure is structured to manage the complete fabrication processes of various façade systems under one roof. Precision machining, aluminum profile fabrication, panel manufacturing, and factory pre-assembly are carried out within an integrated production process in accordance with project requirements.

ALUMINUM PROFILE MANUFACTURING

Precision cutting, CNC machining, and fabrication of aluminum profiles for Curtain Wall, Façade Cladding, and Aluminum Door and Window Systems.

UNITIZED PANEL FABRICATION

Factory pre-assembly and manufacturing of project-specific unitized curtain wall panels using aluminum profiles, glass, insulation materials, and connection components, delivered to the site ready for installation.

CNC MACHINING

High precision CNC drilling, milling, slotting, and forming operations for custom façade components.

PANEL PROCESSING

Cutting, milling, grooving, and bending of aluminum composite panels with high dimensional precision.

BENDING AND FORMING

Precision bending and forming of aluminum, galvanized steel, and stainless steel panels and profiles.
